    This simple toolkit shows the 6 basic approaches to implement Operating Models in complex organizations, where you can't just come and enforce the Operating Model. Instead you need to apply more aligned approach that considers local structures, conditions and circumstances.

  • Why

    We discovered that most of the Operating Model designers and implementers still believe in one unified model concept. This doesn't work in international or global, complex & federated organizations that grew through M&As. We wanted to help such OM implementers to align to such complexity and be able to consider relevant options.
