Audience

This course is dedicated for those who want to hit the ground running in the space of Enterprise Architecture. This can also be effectively used for those who already started their journey in IT Architecture, but would like to switch to Enterprise Architecture or Business Architecture.
What

This course explains how to pragmatically use Business Capabilities in strategy execution and operating model design. As Business Capabilities are the key concept in Enterprise Architecture, we start the overal EA journey from them.
Why

We noticed that many courses focus on market recognized standards of EA that are not necessairly easy to apply directly. We recommend the other approach. We will teach you how to use a very small, pragmatic pieces, defined in presented and attached toolkits, so that you can start immediatelly with simple, targeted messages, without unnecessairy confusion.
