    This training is dedicated to PMO or Portfolio Managers who plan to build their units basing on strategy execution principles. This is also helpful for Enterprise Architects that support PMOs is strategic positioning of their activities.

  • What

    This training explains how to use Business Capabilities to ensure that your portfolio is planned in compliance with Strategy pillars. You will learn how to translate strategy into projects and programs, how to manage all the dependencies, frictions and key characteristics such as budget or duration. Ultimately you will be able to build project roadmaps and track the delivered value.

    Many PMOs are built around the very basic, administratve concepts of project management, and in fact do not solve key problems outside the projects or programs that are critical for their execution.
